• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate our practice and the Site (for example, appointment scheduling, form processing, and text message delivery), who may use it only to provide services to us; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a sale or transfer of our practice. These disclosures never include SMS opt-in data and consent, except to the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages, as stated above.

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Please do not send detailed medical information through website forms or text messages. Protected health information we create or receive as your dental provider is handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, available at our office or upon request, which controls in case of any conflict with this policy.

Our Site and SMS program are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
